All orders require payment in full prior to shipping. Payments that have been rejected due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or suspected fraud will not be shipped under any circumstance. All items picked up locally or shipped to an address within the state of California are subject to Los Angeles, CA Sales tax based on the California Board of Equalization’s Tax Table (9%).
Orders are not charged prior to shipping. An authorization is requested when an order is initiated.
